Mr Markleham is an employment lawyer who started this blog in an attempt to let off some steam about the Equality Act 2010, the legal problems it addresses (and creates), and some media perceptions and misconceptions. With the excitement (yes she knows she needs to get out more) that surrounded the Equality Act’s passage into law having now subsided, the blog has meandered into a bit more of a rant about discrimination, employment law and human rights issues generally.
However, as with many things in Mrs Markleham’s life, it’s liable to go off at a bit of a tangent, now and again.
It’s also a bit sporadic these days, with blog entries appearing as and when work is at a sufficiently low ebb to allow the time to write.
